The intake
To get started, make an appointment for a FREE Consultation in our Studio in Antwerp. This intake interview is an initial introduction and by asking questions we gain insight into your personal situation, the causes, the medical background, the hairstyle, any allergies and of course what your specific wishes are.
This way we find out which system and hairpiece suits you best. It should not only look beautiful and natural, but also be wearable with your lifestyle. In addition to the necessary explanation about the different types of hairpieces and hair types, you can ask any questions you have. We will answer them.

The follow-up appointment
After you have decided to opt for a hairpiece and a well-considered choice has been made together with our hair expert, we will schedule a follow-up appointment for you.
If you want a ready-made hairpiece, we will ensure that there are a number of suitable hairpieces ready for you to try on and try. And if necessary and desired, we also provide complete pre-treatment of the scalp. If you have chosen a custom hairpiece, it will be fitted and further finished.
As a finishing touch, all hairpieces are adjusted, trimmed and styled according to your wishes and needs. Our hairpiece specialist will also provide you with the necessary advice and maintenance tips on how to care for your hairpiece.
The first maintenance
For all hairpieces and wigs purchased from us, the first maintenance service in our Studio within the first month is FREE.
We also teach you how to maintain your hair at home. You should wash this regularly to keep the hairpiece in good condition and hygienic. All the products you need for this will be shown to you and can be purchased from us. This way you ensure that you enjoy your hair for a long time!
Of course, it is also possible to have your hair maintained periodically in our Studio.
