What are the shipping costs?
All orders over €99 are delivered FREE within Belgium and the Netherlands. For orders up to €99 it is €8.50 for Belgium, and €10.50 for the Netherlands
You can specify the delivery address yourself and that can be a different address than the billing address. If you prefer to pick it up and help choosing the right extensions and colors, that is of course also possible. You can choose what you want!
For shipments to all other countries we always charge €19.95 shipping costs.
When do I receive my order?
If you have ordered and paid on the following days (e.g. Bancontact) before 4:00 PM, it will be delivered on the relevant days.
