Booking conditions
Everything you need to know about booking
1. When making a reservation in the RANA Studio, you are always asked to pay a deposit.
2. In the event of cancellation or change less than five working days before the treatment is scheduled, 50% will be charged for the treatment costs. In case of cancellation or change less than 48 hours before the treatment is scheduled, and also if the customer does not show up (no-show), 100% of the treatment costs will be charged.
3. All treatments must be paid for immediately and on site by the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. On the due date of unpaid invoices, they will automatically, without prior notice, yield 15% per year, with a minimum of € 50.00.
4. A reservation request from the customer must always be confirmed by RANA.
5. A booked appointment can be rescheduled for up to five working days. The advance paid will then be transferred with a maximum of six months after the original appointment. This must always be confirmed in writing.
6. The treatments booked by the customer cannot be changed on site.
7. Advances paid will not be refunded.
8. The reservation conditions are an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. When booking an appointment, the customer automatically agrees to all our terms and conditions.
